Calot et turban en drap fin garance, bandeau en drap noir, soutaches de grade or.
Boutons demi-sphérique or timbrés de la légende sur le pourtour « LÉGION ÉTRANGÈRE » maintenant la fausse jugulaire à la couleur de l'arme. Brodé directement sur le devant du bandeau, une grenade enflammée à centre évidé.
Visière en cuir verni noirci, revers en cuir gaufré noirci, jonc en cuir cousu à cheval.
Dessus du calot pourvu d'un nœud hongrois à brin simple.
Intérieur de coiffure en satin vert clair, bandeau de sudation en cuir souple noirci.
Tour de tête : 58 cm

Fabrication des années 1930-1940.
